  • Dubai International Financial Centre Authority supervises the operational management, administration, and strategic development in DIFC
  • Dubai Financial Services Authority regulates the licensing and all other financial and non-financial institutions in DIFC
  • Dubai Resolution Authority administers the enforcement of justice. It incorporates DIFC courts and DIFC will service for providing support to will registry service providers for non-muslims.

 

DIFC Will Services

 

It provides legal certainty to the non-Muslim expatriates living in Dubai that their assets will be transferred as per their consent. Sharia laws and other regulations of UAE which govern the heirship system as per the Islamic laws do not apply to non-Muslim residents of the UAE.
